Hayley is a true Southern California girl, born and raised. With 10 years in the salon industry now under her belt, Hayley actually got her start as a spray tan technician, picking up side jobs tanning all of her college friends before any big event. That side hustle made her realize that she could actually make a career out of it. She opened her first official spray tan business in 2015, renting a 100 sq ft room within a lash salon, and spent her days doing back to back spray tans. Eventually, Hayley decided she wanted to offer more than spray tans, so she began a lash business, and 4 years later Beauty Boss was created.

Hayley’s vision with Beauty Boss was to create the ultimate babe cave, where women could walk in comfortably and walk out confident. In addition to lashes and spray tanning, lash boss would offer full body waxing & brows. After one year in business, Lash Boss decided to grow even further, and rebrand to offer more services which eventually turned into Beauty Boss. Hayley & the boss babes welcomed Beauty Boss in 2020.
